Our naturally formulated Magnesium Sleep Lotion is crafted to soothe both body and mind, promoting deep relaxation. But, not all magnesium creams are created equal, many brands include magnesium as a trace ingredient - ours is different. ABM Magnesium Sleep Lotion contains a full 20% magnesium chloride, delivering around twice the elemental magnesium of other leading products. This clinically meaningful strength is designed to actually work, helping your body absorb the mineral it needs to ease muscle tension, calm your nervous system and prepare for restorative rest.

We’ve blended this strength with the luxury of mango butter, castor oil, and a bespoke lavender, neroli and sweet orange essential oil blend to create a lotion that is both deeply therapeutic and sensorially indulgent. Apply nightly to calves, feet or shoulders as part of your evening ritual (don't worry, its silky texture absorbs quickly!) and let your body sink into beautiful sleep.

Please note - if you are not used to magnesium products you may feel slightly tingling when you first apply the Lotion- this is normal. Magnesium shouldn't be used on broken or sore skin.
