Returns Policy

We want you to love your A Banana Moon purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used (e.g. skincare, bath products, perfumes, balms).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it and let you know if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g. you received the wrong product or it arrived damaged), please contact us at abananamoon@outlook,com within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you if the error was ours.

Return Shipping

To return an item, please email abananamoon@outlook,com with your order number.

Unless the item was faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
